Just remembered another thing. I have a rare form of tinnitus where I hear my heartbeat in my right ear. It ends up being more of a whooshing noise, kinda like the noise and ultrasound makes! Had a lot of tests etc. and it's not life threatening or anything, just something I've had to get used to. It comes and goes at different intensities.

Funny, am in the bathroom at the moment and can hear Wake Me Up When September Ends playing on the radio in the other room

Did you have a nice Father's Day? I had a very dad orientated weekend. Went and visited my dad on Saturday. He's out of hospital and doing well. He was very emotional, I think the prospect of almost dying is finally hitting him. Then spent Sunday with my partner's dad who came up and visited us. So a rare but very enjoyable parent-focused weekend.

Worked, did some laundry, then went shopping, got some new clothes and a bunch of gifts for my dad for Father's Day, then came home, treated ourselves to some fish and chips and went to bed. Office day today so on the train into work now.

Haven't seen it! Will add to my watch list... Hard agree with all of these. I'd add House - it's the best of the medical shows I think, and I'm a big Grey's fan. The West Wing gives mighty hope that a good president could come to office lol. Also Money Heist, damn I loved that show so much. And can't insist enough that it's watched in the original Spanish with subtitles, none of this dubbing ****.
