Hated Charlie... did not wish his fate on anyone however - did not celebrate his passing either. It's just sad.

Death is always sad, not a celebration, ever. There are complex elements, like "oh, because this person passed, less people will be harmed etc" in some scenarios... but even still, it's not a happy event, it never is. Death is tragedy.

You see a lot of apathy in the world - people cause suffering, and show no consideration or care for the suffering caused - and in that - if you eliminate the apathy - they then have to show concern for their own destructive actions.
