I love astrology. We are more than just our sun sign. It’s very complex and interesting.
Our ascendant is what sign people think we are when you first meet- Some personality and physical traits.
Our Sun sign is our outer shell- presentation, personality and outer appearance.
Our Moon sign is our inner self- Ambition, drive, emotions, how we are as a parent.
Our Mercury sign is how we communicate.
Our Venus sign is how we love and receive love- who you attract and who you’re attracted to romantically, material desires
Our Mars sign is career, sexual attraction/prowess, and fighting style.
So, if we’re just going off my Sun sign (Leo) I get asked often if I’m a Leo so I guess in many ways I’m a stereotypical Leo. Leo is a fixed, masculine, fire sign. It’s the only sign ruled by a star and like the Sun, Leos like to light up other people’s lives. I have a mane, distinct walk, cat like eyes, I’m bubbly, confident, outgoing, outspoken, a leader, athletic, strong, generous, can be egotistical when insulted, fiercely loyal and stubborn.
