I don't watch a lot of TV anymore, but I am currently rewatching old episodes of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I used to love that show (I still do), and I'm very excited to have heard they are bringing it back, after many years, for a reboot. There has not been a date set for a debut yet, but they are in the process of character selection, so hopefully it won't be too long. I very much hope it doesn't suck.

    STORMS!
I adore storms. Mild ones, violent ones, doesn't matter to me. I obviously don't want anyone's home to be destroyed or anyone to be displaced because of one, but I just find storms and rain so beautiful. ๐ŸŒง๏ธโšกโ›ˆ๏ธ

Thinking world peace could/would be the result of the removal of any one emotion is interesting, to say the least. Not sure it's possible.

So yeah, before I started trying to change others... and then the world, I would like to improve my social skills.
Might have a chance of getting some of those other people who make up the world to actually listen to any decent advice I MIGHT have for them if they didn't think I was so 'weird'. ๐Ÿฅด

I totally get where you're coming from in wanting people to focus on emotions that cause harm to others, but your assumption that picking things like โ€œregretโ€ is somehow selfish isn't fair.
Not all regret is productive. Sure, if you cheat on a partner or screw someone over, feeling bad is part of the process of making amends. But what about a person who regrets not speaking up for a friend or family member out of fear of persecution themselves? Or the parent who regrets not being there for their *** while battling their own mental health struggles? Is that kind of regret helping them grow, or is it just chaining them to something they can't change?
Choosing to remove an emotion like regret doesnโ€™t mean someone wants to avoid accountability. It might mean they want to live more in the present and stop punishing themselves endlessly for the past. That can be a form of healing, and in turn, that can make someone more empathetic, more helpful, and more capable of improving the world around them.
So yeah, I chose "regret." Not because I donโ€™t want to take responsibility, but because I believe people can grow better from reflection, not just remorse.

A serial killer would definitely agree with you.
Y'all had a wonderful opportunity to create world peace but you chose random stuff instead... did not expect that.

    Correct
    Correct.

Someone in my life said "Apathy" as well, which is great.
Wouldn't want anyone to feel accountable for the horrible things they do... wait what???
You had hatred, anger, pride, greed... and you chose... embarrassment.
What happened to you that made you choose that?
I'd say "Pride" might be the worst, many people who have pride, also think they are so superior to others that they have a right to take actions against them. Without pride, not sure if war would exist.

Bro, hardly a right answer here, just trying to pick one that hasn't been chosen ๐Ÿ˜‚
Why on earth would you want to live your life with regret? Own your decisions and make better ones moving forward if your previous ones weren't the best. You can only live and learn.

I had a dream that I was back in a house I used to live in and in one of the rooms, there were these bugs that Iโ€™ve never seen before and they would jump on you and bite you. I wanted to see what type of bugs they were to I tried to take a picture of one to look it up but every time I did, it wouldnโ€™t work. It was so annoying lol

The only type of gas I liked the smell of was boat gas because my family used to go camping out on the lake a lot when I was younger.

I like hating on drugs and people who abuse drugs. It's not that I choose to do this, I've been "traumatized" by drugs throughout my life, which lead me to hate them, and people who abuse them.

Abuse = Making your whole life about drugs.

Every time you see this, share a thought, any thought. Document it so it exists even after you forget.
Here is a thought: Just because you feel something, does not make that feeling valid. Doesn't make it invalid either. Feelings are just feelings.

Anger. It can be used constructively when critical thinking is applied, but by-and-large, most people are reactive and it isnโ€™t applied usefully to many situations.

Definitely regret. Circumstances affect situations, and if you did or didn't do something, there was probably a good reason for it at the time. I'm a big believer in things work out the way they're meant to in the end, and the journey is important to how you get there. Life is too short to live with regret.

Everyone saying buy a house, I'd build one! Would be so much fun being involved in the design and interiors of making your dream home. Like sims but real life, with cheat codes, lol.
Definitely travel for me too. Would buy a luxury campervan and go on a roadtrip around the world. And a yacht, why not.
