What are some new movies you’re looking forward to?

I’m excited for The Black Phone 2 and Scary Movie 6, which comes out next year. I don’t like that I have to wait a whole year for that one 😩

I just hate movies that are centered on giving losers/loser mentalities more attention than necessary. Like the creepiest people on earth, front and center? Nah.

Like when I think "entertainment" I don't think "Gosh, I'd really like to watch a creepy dude abduct people"

Sorry, I should not be so judgemental - I'm just saying it's not my thing, I don't really like those movies.

I know I come off as a jerk, because I often am... I've just seen a number of movies... Mystic River, The Lovely Bones etc - hated every single one of them.

They're just gross.

I understand. I’ve been watching horror movies all my life so I find entertainment in them. I know weird, creepy people similar to those characters actually exist, but I like watching those types of movies because they’re only movies. We just have different tastes in movies and that’s ok.

Also I remember a few years ago, you had The Black Phone on your Amazon wishlist and I sent it to you. Did you change your mind about that movie later on?

The F1 movie! I'm a big F1 fan so looking forward to that which is out in a few weeks.

Other than that apparently there's a new Avatar film out in December? I usually enjoy those.

Oh and the next Dune film, but gonna be waiting a long time for that one sadly.

Haha that's fair! I just assume everyone knows at least of it, but tbf it's much bigger of a sport in Europe than it is in the US.

It's motor racing! Fast, agile cars racing each other.

The film is fiction but was filmed last season alongside the real life drivers so there's been quite a bit of hype about the movie in the sport.

Has Brad Pitt in it too, should be decent!

There have been some that weren’t as good as I expected them to be. Have you seen that new movie Sinners? That movie was amazing. Best vampire movie I’ve seen in a while!

HBO Max and Hulu.

You should watch it! It starts out kind of slow but by the middle it gets really good.
