My view on what I eat, salmon and tuna, has always been them same.

Fish is getting abit pricey imho unless its just the kind you get out of a can. But to be alittle blunt its not my first choice anymore due to the pacific garbage patch. The idea of that roiling around in the waters these animals live in sorta puts me off seasfood abit...🤢

Oh I mean, sure, red and white meat is hardly free of things you don't want. Its just, compared to seafood, you don't have to worry about mercury poisoning for instance.

Red meat related cancer risk is roughly 540 times higher than mercury poisoning risk from fish. (there are almost no reported cases of mercury poisoning from commercial fish. Meanwhile people are dying constantly from red meat consumption)
