I guess I don't have a preference really when it comes to that. If the question was simply who is the better superhero i'd have to say spider man since he's the only one of the two with powers. But in general who is better? I'm neutral. I like the villains in batman more though so if that counts for anything 🤷‍♀️

I think I mostly just appreciate that Batman doesn't have any particular superpowers besides "money"

It's interesting that they've teenified Spiderman by doing the cartoon film and even Tom Holland's Spiderman is still in school. I guess Batman has always felt like a more mature character?

Tbh, I like Spiderman. But if you put Batman up against pretty much any other superhero for me, Batman will win. The Dark Knight trilogy are legit some of my favourite films.

I may be a newbie here but I've never seen batman and I've only seen 1 Spiderman movie a long time ago. Judging by the appearance only... batman is way cooler.

Kinda feel like you could go a step further here and just say DC on average offers better quality than Marvel these days. Which is a sorry thing to think about from a huge Conan the Barbarian fan.

i know spider-man has been through /things/ but i love that batman is just some guy with insanely strong will and discipline- i fear i will always root for my man bruce instead of some insect boy ❤️ batman stories are always more interesting compared to that bug new yorker- like idgaf if you can swing from building to building i want to see a billionaire agonising over his guilt and conscience about his city.

I will also argue that Batman's villains are better. In general they're more iconic, they're darker and explore more engaging themes, their motivations are more interesting, their stories are more compelling.

Agreed.

And not a hard call I'd say personally. Bruce has some serious personality flaws as shown by how he interacts with Damian but I personally just find Peter to be a little cocky-ass jerk overall.
