I'd probably have to agree with FMA as the best but just to add some new names I'm a big fan of Steins;Gate and Vinland Saga.

Trigun also holds a special place for me, I think Vash may have been my first "crush" growing up

I would have argued My Hero Academia if the author had stuck the landing 😭 That ending was a -10000000/10

Sirius the Jaeger had MAJOR potential. It's still one of my faves. I don't think writing gets much better than Death Note and AOT. My dog's name is L, so I'm probably biased, though.
