So far? Did a ton of walking, lifting & digging.

What kind of exercise did you do or PLAN to do today?

I haven’t exercised today. I get the most exercise during the week when I’m at my job because I walk a lot and have to use some muscles. I’ve actually lost some weight from it.

push ups, sit ups, pull ups added

I did some qi gong and stretched, lifted a teeny bit.

Also I played with/trained a friend's massive rottweiler for a couple hours, which is essentially cardio!

Not as much as I should, when I do it walking. But I have problems with my lower back and legs so I can't do it a lot.

Nothing today, but I did walk 26,000 steps yesterday.

Probably did about 100 toddler lifts, then about 100 squats to pick up toys and stuff around my house, probably walked to the fridge to get said toddlers snacks 10 times lol. No but really I need to start setting time aside to work out lol

I guess cleaning can count as exercise right? I mopped and walked back and forth doing laundry :P

To update, I did NOT get around to a swim today, errands took longer than planned. Will try to go tomorrow instead. I guess the grocery store and moving stuff from storage counts as walking and lifting?

Haven't been able to, hurt my knee..cold weather doesn't help.

Haven't done much physically today - saw the weather outside and thought "Well... I should probably get to computer work"

I pulled some tendons yesterday on my right arm with too much lifting. Gotta rest my arm up.
