What was nice that someone recently did for you?

Yesterday, my spouse brought me a Jersey Mike’s sub.

My aunt took me out for my birthday last week. We went shopping and got lunch, it was really sweet of her

Last weekend my best friend bought me an ice cream from the store.

I mentioned to one of my friends I needed rose petals to make this Persian seasoning blend. My friend found some for me in the dark that same night.

My other friend gave me a little wooden token with my dog's face laser burned onto it.

My other other friend got me a second hand skateboard for my dog! We haven't tried it yet but it's gonna be hilarious.

My friends and I love doing little sweet things for each other, I could go on honestly!

Sister in law and brother in law helped us with everything to get us home.

…someone said “thank you” a lot to me.

Yesterday this older woman let me go in front of her in the checkout line at the store because I had fewer items. I thanked her and she said, “I’m nice sometimes” as a joke lol

Someone recently did something incredibly kind for me:

They left me alone.

No random “hey can you do me a favor?”
No surprise drama package.
No emotional hostage situation disguised as conversation.

Just pure, uncut silence.

It was magical. I got stuff done. I breathed. I remembered what peace feels like. Honestly beat any sandwich on Earth.

But hey — a Jersey Mike’s sub sounds pretty solid too.

Today is my birthday and my mom sent me a video telling me happy birthday because she can’t celebrate it with me today. I’ve also been getting a lot of happy birthday texts.

Finally got a call from an old friend I was really getting worried about. Turns out they were really just very busy and had forgotten to check their phone and email for awhile.

I was really relieved, since I'd been fretting they'd died and I had no way of checking up to see if they were alright.

My car broke down and it cost thousands of dollars to repair, conveniently right before Christmas. So my *****ren’s the****** surprised us with gifts for everyone including me for Christmas to help make Christmas magical because I was broke after paying for my car.

I was really depressed

And i was having a rly bad day

And felt super shitty

Someone bought me a drink anonymously with a sweet treat

Made my day

I was having a hard time paying for my stuff in the store the other day (i was tired and bad at math) I went to put something back and one of our neighbors/family friends was in line and just paid for it and said merry christmas, was really really sweet.

My friend made these earrings. It occurred to them that I'd love them. Instead of putting them on Etsy (they sell handmade jewellery) they presented them to me as a surprise!

And they were right. My exact vibe. As much as the gift itself, I appreciated so much that they thought of me and understood what I like. ❤️
