I'm in an awkward stage with my TV shows that I'm watching a few on the go as waiting on a new episode to come out each week.

So I'm watching:

  • The Last of Us

  • Grey's Anatomy

  • White Lotus

What about you all? Watching anything good I should add to my watch list?

Starting Yellowstone now!

This evolved... Did Yellowstone then have been doing the spin offs. Watched 1883 and I'm on 1923 at the moment. Such a great universe!

Probably going to start watching IT: Welcome to Derry soon.

Did you finish the show yet?

The default thumbnail to the MONSTER show is him wearing a human face as a mask - I have a stomach and a gag reflex. So, no. It’s difficult to get past the thumbnail, especially when I already know he has a Mickey Mouse voice the whole time,

I initially started watching merely out of curiosity - now I feel like I already know enough,

I get you. Guess I don’t have a weak stomach because I finished it. It’s not for everyone.

I'm watching Dexter atm! And am obsessed, it's so good.

I listened to a book, in this book they said people are obsessed with serial killer shows because they secretly are attracted to the idea of being one - I disagree.

I think people watch those shows as people obsess over what could be a danger to them, or makes them uncomfortable. It is a product of our survival instinct. We all look at the car accident as we drive by not because we're horrible gawkers, but because we deep down, want to know how someone else got harmed, so we can avoid being harmed ourselves - for the sake of forwarding our own species.

A lot of cynics like to say "oh, you watch murder because you love murder and are a sicko" - not at all the case - people are just trying to really, learn from what threats are out there --- this is also why the most doom and gloom political campaigns are effective to making a politician known, or even win - people do everything they can to eliminate and prevent threats --- they are wrong often times, and even obsess over stupid things like, "gay marriage is somehow a threat to us!" --- but overall, it's almost always an obsession with something they perceive as a threat to them - something that is tangible - obsessing over cancer is seemingly non-productive because to many, "it just happens" --- but a school shooting? Then suddenly people are interested, because they need to know what threats are out there that could impact them, or their loved ones.

Whatever stupid crap we obsess over, a lot of times it has ties to things we are threatened by, and want to avoid.

HOWEVER, to be fair, some people obsess over things like gay marriage or transgenderism etc because they themselves are not actually really threatened by it - but are instead, it.

Like a closeted gay man who runs a anti-gay camp.

Or a dude who spends his life trying to track down monsters because he himself is a monster and he's just trying to cope with that reality.

... I just love a good story and we'll put together show. Strong characters and epic plot twists **chef's kiss**

I definitely don't think that deeply about it! That's just me though!

If you start to think deeply about what you do and why you do it - you will likely come to better understand yourself, and gain more awareness of your own future actions. It may enhance things, or not.

I do this enough with things that actually matter - relationships, friendships, my job, my health. I prefer to just appreciate the things I enjoy in my down time without psychoanalysing it! Again, just me!

Hazbin Hotel, for maybe, idk, the 4th time this week. I just love Vivziepops shows, they're like if adult swim and disney had a baby.

Looked it up... unlike stuff I've seen before.

I can't tell if you mean that in a good way or a bad way 😂either way, the full shows on amazon, and "Loser Baby" from season 1 is a banger, js.

I’ve been watching IT: Welcome to Derry and I started watching season 2 of The Creep Tapes. Has anyone else watched that show or seen the movies?

I’ll also be watching Season 5 of Stranger Things when it comes out later this month.

Good stuff. Rewatching STRANGER THINGS now.

Watched M3GAN 2.0 yesterday.

Was pretty entertaining, plenty of funny spots. It just had a slightly cringey ending where M3gan 'sacrifices' herself...Dance Miss Me GIF by M3GAN 2.0

I only have the season finale of Stranger Things to watch which is 2 hours long! Unfortunately something big was spoiled for me because idiots on X like to post spoilers the same day a new episode comes out, not caring that some people haven’t had a chance to watch it yet 😑

So don’t go on X if you don’t want a show spoiled…
