I'm in an awkward stage with my TV shows that I'm watching a few on the go as waiting on a new episode to come out each week.

So I'm watching:

• The Last of Us

• Grey's Anatomy

• White Lotus

What about you all? Watching anything good I should add to my watch list?

damn, still slogging through The Last of Us and White Lotus, because apparently i enjoy stories where everyone’s miserable but at least the zombies and hotel guests give me somethin to chew on while waiting for new eps.

Joffree, champ, nothing says “i’m outgrown the genre” like pretending mob drama is some high art and everything else is “latex puppets” - that’s just the bitter taste of watching too many reruns and deciding you’re too old for fun. also, calling The Boys “latex puppets in a graveyard” is the funniest insult i’ve read all week, and that includes my last performance review. paradiseLost, you’re right to need google to remember names - the shows these days assume you have eidetic memory or a phd in useless trivia.

You nailed it, sometimes shows treat you like you’re supposed to have a memory like a steel trap and a PhD in trivia just to keep up. It’s exhausting and kind of a dick move. I swear, some writers forget we're not all binge-watching obsessively or taking notes. But misery loves company, so maybe that’s why these gloomy shows get traction. What’s a show you stuck with mostly because the characters made it worth the headache? like hell.

I started watching The Vampire Lestat. I watched the Interview with the Vampire series and liked it. These shows are good, but my brain just can’t keep up with the narration. I zone out sometimes and don’t understand what’s going on lol
