I listen to “brown noise” which just kinda sounds like when ur in an airplane. I also like this YouTube channel called “Historian Sleepy” and it’s just boring history to sleep to. I love history so much. Tonight my video of choice is “Could You Survive Working in a Victorian Bakery” lol

Anyways do you like silence while sleeping? Or do you listen to something?

I have an AC unit in my window so I just listen to that. When I’m sleeping somewhere else, I’ll listen to “Brown Noise” too. I can’t sleep in complete silence like I used to when I was younger.

I used to listen to full on music as I slept, I quite liked trying to remember what was the last song I heard before I fell asleep - spoiler, it's very hard to remember 🤣

Thing is my music taste is pretty heavy, so I would opt for like MCR or Linkin Park, so could be a mixed bag lol.

Now, my partner likes to have Twitch or something on YouTube playing, so I'm quite used to just sound in the background as I sleep.

I'll have youtube on most nights. I usually have bird/nature videos playing. I like a little bit of noise or chatter and sometimes go for someone talking like a nat geo documentary, but also the bird TV keeps my cats entertained if they aren't sleeping so they don't go bonkers at 3am.
