Wow glad you found that out! I like hot showers but not too hot.

This makes me think of the time when I almost fainted after taking a bath that was too hot. I’ve never fainted before but I started feeling dizzy and everything was getting dark. I laid down for a while and started feeling better.

My dad gf is an esthetician, what I have learned is:

face wash and moisturizer morning and night

Sunscreen in the morning even on the cloudiest day

Retinol and collagen especially after 25, preferably before 25. Make sure you research retinol before you use them. They are very light sensitive so you wanna use them right before bed and wash them off in the morning then use sunscreen or else you can get sun damage. I’ve seen a lot of results from retinols.

Lukewarm showers

I'm sure this makes perfect sense to you: I do those things because of my skin cancer. I was told to do that after I got it, so I did.

Yea I was mostly saying a good easy routine since we are talking skincare, especially with retinols they do wonders for the skin.

Oh but showers are so economical compared to bathes...y'know there are some good scalp tonics you can get at the chemist. I've been using one for 5 to 8 months one and I think its starting to reverse the hair loss on a certain patch of my scalp.

It's weird how much people love HOT TUBS not realizing they create such huge setbacks.

I think they’re good in moderation like after a hard workout, heating up your muscles and what not but definitely like once in a while not all the time.
