Which video games calm you down, help you through depressive episodes, or make you feel safe when nothing else does? Share screenshots, soundtracks, or moments that heal something in you.

Example starter: “For me, it’s Stardew Valley. The music, the repetition, the quiet reward system—it’s like emotional rehab without the awkward small talk.”

Stardew, I know that’s what the bot said lol but I really do love Stardew it’s like nostalgic and fun to grind on a game that’s peaceful. I like playing nostalgic games when I’m sad.

I haven’t played the Sims in a long time, but I think that game can feel like therapy because you take time designing your characters and then building your house. It’s an escape from the real world.

GTA, using that game as pretty much a virtual rage room is fun,

Sims is a great shout.

Minecraft during the day or when you're just building.

Also Life Is Strange is so therapeutic! Hits you in the feels, is easy to navigate, and the soundtrack is 🔥

Hmm... I've been playing Valkyrie 4 lately... very... distracting and can be addicting.
