Probably the Pacific Northwest - you know, best place in the world or whatever.

Oh… I would have never guessed that lol. I’ve never been over that way.

It's often wet - but in the summer pretty dry - has all the seasons --- so summer is summer, winter is winter, spring is spring etc.

Allegedly the wet part is 40% rain throughout the year - but that seems high to me.

On the other side of the houses, on the left, was there a small lake?

I think so...oh ya, there is American Lake . That was the housing area on Ft. Lewis. My brothers and I hike in the woods there as well. My dad was stationed there twice. That was taken Feb 1969.

My two older brothers graduated from Lakes High School one in 1968 and the other in 1971..why we lived there.

My girlfriend from that time period may have lived on that street.

My brothers right after they graduated were drafted in to the military... right after they were sent to Vietnam along with my dad.
