I've been using poetry and songwriting as an outlet for a long time. Which I think is healthy.

My unhealthy one is definitely dissociation, or avoidance. Do not recommend.

I can’t think of any healthy coping mechanisms I do. I distract myself with watching my comfort movies, YouTube, and getting on Instagram.

For unhealthy, mine can be avoidance too and not talking about what’s bothering me.

healthy: I’m an amazing communicator and listener. I am super empathetic towards most situations even to a fault. I am a problem solver.

unhealthy: I can get quite avoidant once I think a situation is unsolvable. Im sensitive just because I care so much about people in my life.
