Wtf… The amount of stories I’ve heard about similar situations happening is scary. I’m sorry that happened and I’m glad she’s ok! I’m glad that woman was arrested too.

Saturday May 2nd was taking my son and family to buy them groceries..store name was HEB
First in counter: Old Lady, probably early 70s walks up to my granddaughter, tries to grab her hand,we all turned around and she said what a beautiful child,but she was still trying to coax her ( my granddaughter is Autistic) to go with her and she tried to pull my granddaughter out of the cart..I stopped that
.we grabbed her up and proceeded to check out, she shows up again..tells us she'd pay 1000 dollars for her...my daughter in law motioned the security guard and reported her. She ended up arrested for attempted kidnapping.
That's what I dealt with. Ava is okay. It just scared us..
Just thought I'd share.
